Hi, I’m Kelly! At the heart of my massage therapy practice is a passion for helping you find balance and relief in your everyday life. I am a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist who is here to listen, discover your unique needs, and provide a personalized experience that nurtures both body and spirit. I received my massage therapy certification at Wellspring School of Allied Health in Lawrence. Shortly after I passed the MBLEx, which is used for licensure in 46 states. My downtown office is beautifully unique, located in the Historical Eames Building on Poyntz.

I grew up in tiny towns in North Georgia and Western North Carolina. I have lived in Anchorage, Alaska and Durham, NC for most of my adult life. My family moved to Manhattan in 2023. I love all things quirky, plant related, traveling, animals, yoga, being outside, & exploring new places. I became a yoga teacher in 2014 and also teach yoga at Chapter 5 Yoga. In 2026 I traveled to Guatemala for my sound healing training and now offer sound baths.
