Join Kelly for a deeply relaxing and immersive sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

During this session, you’ll be gently guided into a restful state as you are “bathed” in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic tools. All you have to do is lie down, get comfortable, and receive.

Benefits of a sound bath may include:
• Reduced stress and anxiety
• Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation

• Emotional release and energetic balance
• A greater sense of clarity and inner calm

As the sounds move through the body, they can help quiet the mind and bring you into a meditative, restorative state. Many people experience a sense of floating, warmth, or deep stillness. Each experience is unique, and you’re invited to simply be present with whatever arises.

What to expect:
You’ll spend most of the session lying down in a comfortable position. Feel free to bring anything that helps you relax — a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask. I’ll guide you in at the beginning, and from there you’ll be immersed in sound and vibration.
